Rosas Tortilla Factory or Rosa's Cafe is an authentic American Tex-Mex fast-casual restaurant chain that began in West Texas. Rosa's has expanded to 47 locations throughout Texas. In addition, it has a restaurant in Hobbs, New Mexico, and a franchise unit in Temecula, California. The restaurant is known for its "Tuesdays Made for Tacos" promotion.



Don't confuse or mix it with Mama Rosa's Frozen Pizza because both of these have nothing in common except for their name obviously.

The first Rosa's Cafe opened in San Angelo, Texas in 1983. Rosa's Cafe was acquired by Bobby Cox Companies in 1995. Bobby Cox Companies owns the Taco Villa and Texas Burger restaurant chains, as well as several non-restaurant businesses. Her signature dishes are chicken and beef fajitas and sour cream chicken enchiladas.
