- 1 cup Kamut grains (uncooked)
- 3 cups Vegetable broth
Directions to Make
- 3 cups of boiling vegetable broth or water should contain 1 cup of Kamut. Set the thermostat to low
- For 30 to 40 minutes, cook the soaked grains with the lid on the saucepan. It takes 45 to 60 minutes for unsoaked grains
- When the Kamut is delicate and chewy, it is ready. There could be some liquid in the pot if you soaked it. Remove the liquid and serve
