Ingredients

- 2-inch piece of ginger, peeled

- 1/2 medium banana

- 1 cup coconut water

- 1 cup mango chunks, frozen

- handful fresh baby kale leaves

Method

Simply through all the ingredients into your blender and mix until smooth. Sprinkle Baby Spinach Leaves on the top of your smoothie.
